Vayne Ong is the firm’s Business Operations and Communications Assistant, providing administrative, communications, and research support. She graduated from Princeton University (A.B. in History, cum laude). Prior to RPJ, she worked in nonprofit program development and policy research in women’s civic engagement in New York City. She brings experience in archival research, technical writing, editing, graphic design, and event planning. Her research focuses on the legal and cultural history of discrimination in American universities in the late twentieth century, as well as the political economy of college athletics.
