    Darice Guzmán Piotrowski is an Associate with the firm, focusing her practice on residential real estate and estate planning. She advises clients on the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, and estate settlement agreements, and has experience facilitating cooperative trust transfers as part of comprehensive estate planning strategies. Ms. Piotrowski also serves as a Foreclosure Referee in the New York Supreme Court and holds appointments under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge. Prior to joining the firm, she supported a public policy analyst at a consulting firm, where she conducted legal research and drafted policy materials. She also previously interned for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Piotrowski works closely with a diverse client base and brings a bilingual, culturally informed perspective to her practice.

    Ms. Piotrowski earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Excellence in Torts. She holds a degree in International Relations and Communication Studies from Boston University. She is an alumna of Dominican Academy, an honors Catholic college preparatory school, and St. Anthony of Padua School in Greenwich Village.
