Darice Guzmán Piotrowski is Counsel at the firm, specializing in residential real estate and estate planning. With extensive experience in real estate, she has successfully closed hundreds of transactions across the five boroughs of New York City, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Ms. Piotrowski possesses a strong background in estate planning, having drafted estate asset allocation and settlement agreements, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Proxies. She has also facilitated cooperative trust transfers as part of comprehensive estate planning initiatives. In addition to her practice, Ms. Piotrowski serves as a Foreclosure Referee in the New York Supreme Court and holds Part 36 Appointments. Before joining the firm, she supported a Public Policy Analyst at a consulting firm, where she conducted research and writing. She also interned for Judge Deborah A. Batts in the Southern District of New York. Beyond her legal career, Ms. Piotrowski is a devoted wife and mother of four. She is a former member of the Junior Repertory Company at Ballet Hispánico of New York, where she showcased her talents in Flamenco and traditional Caribbean dance across New York City. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Piotrowski leverages her bilingual abilities to effectively serve a diverse clientele. Ms. Piotrowski is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Ms. Piotrowski earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Excellence in Torts. She holds a degree in International Relations and Communication Studies from Boston University. She is an alumna of Dominican Academy, an honors Catholic college preparatory school, and St. Anthony of Padua School in Greenwich Village.
