Lucia serves as the firm’s Legal Assistant, providing comprehensive support across business operations and firm communications. Originally from California, she graduated from New York University cum laude in 2020 receiving an A.B in Public Policy.

Prior to joining RPJ, Lucia worked as a Library Assistant at the NYU Law Library, where she supported legal scholarship through the organization, maintenance, and classification of complex legal materials. She also served as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Mayor’s Office in Berkeley, California, where she prepared policy briefs and promotional materials, staffed public meetings, and conducted research on urban policy initiatives.

Bilingual in French, Lucia brings strong writing, research, and administrative skills, along with a public-sector background that supports the firm’s operational and client-facing needs.
