Sally J. Cox is the Director of Finance, leading the firm’s financial operations, including payroll, billing, accounting, and compliance. She partners with leadership to drive financial strategy, improve systems, and ensure operational efficiency across the firm.

Prior to joining RPJ, Sally held roles in investment management and legal operations, with over a decade of experience in workers’ compensation and subrogation. She holds a degree in Political Science.
