RPL Hosting Breakfast Presentation in Conjunction with Internet Week New York

Reavis Parent Lehrer LLP is hosting a special breakfast program during Internet Week New York entitled “Avoiding Pitfalls of Posting Online Content.”  The event will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, at our office located at 41 Madison Avenue, 41^st Floor (corner of 26^th Street). The presentation will discuss issues relevant to anyone who posts third-party content online, such as when permission is needed, how to reduce risks of potential claims like copyright infringement and defamation and how to manage user generated content.
