RPL Attorney Nicole Cubides Talks Media Law With MFA Students

On April 27, 2015, Nicole D. “Niki” Cubides led a discussion with Hunter College graduate students earning a Masters of Fine Arts in Integrated Media Arts about the legal considerations in the production of non-fiction media, including documentary films.

As part of her guest lecture, Niki spoke on a range of topics like formation of a production company, clearances, releases, crew agreements, and fair use.
