RPL Partners Mark H. Moore and Deena R. Merlen to Speak at CLE Program on the Monitoring and Investigation of Employees at the Workplace

On Tuesday, October 27, RPL Partners Mark H. Moore and Deena R. Merlen will be speaking at a CLE program titled, “Monitoring And Investigating Employees in the Workplace: Opportunities for the Vigilant and Traps for the Unwary.”

Ms. Merlen is the moderator and Mr. Moore is one of two panelists who will address the monitoring and investigation of employees in the workplace, with an emphasis on the technology for doing so, and the federal statutes and common law principles relevant to workplace privacy.  The panel also will discuss federal statutory protections for an employer’s confidential data and investigations of employees departing with confidential information.
