RPL Partner Deena R. Merlen to Speak at CLE Program on Counterfeiting
On Wednesday, October 28, RPL Partner Deena R. Merlen will be speaking at a CLE program titled, “Your Client’s Being Knocked-Off – Now What? Genuine Approaches to Counteracting Counterfeiters.”
Ms. Merlen will moderate the program, which will bring together a panel of in-house counsel, outside counsel and a private investigator for an insightful and engaging discussion concerning anti-counterfeiting measures, remedies, and investigative and enforcement strategies. Ms. Merlen will be joined by Lauren Dienes-Middlen, Esq., Counsel and Vice President, Intellectual Property, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., Brian W. Brokate, Esq., Partner with Gibney Anthony & Flaherty LLP, and Michael G. Kessler, President and CEO of the private investigative and forensic services firm, Kessler International.
