Congratulations to RPJ Counsel Michael Utevsky, Head of the Harbor’s New Village Mayor!

On Tuesday, March 19, Mr. Utevsky beat out five-time incumbent mayor Doug Dahlgard to become the new mayor and head of the Head of the Harbor Village government. Head of the Harbor Village, the former home of architect Stanford White, is located on the North Shore of Long Island.

Mr. Utevsky ran on the Heritage First Party Line, motivated by a desire to preserve the town’s history and increase openness and inclusivity in local government. This past weekend, Mr. Utevsky exemplified this passion for his community by hosting a five-mile charity race in the Village for the benefit of a new Ronald McDonald House facility at Stony Brook University Hospital.
