RPJ Partner Alice Jump Featured in Housing Wire Article “Time is Ticking for the VA to Change Broker Payment Rules”

As summer approaches, so does the August implementation deadline for the business practice changes outlined in the National Association of Realtors’ commission lawsuit settlement agreement. Various real estate experts quoted in the Housing Wire article featuring Jump argue that these changes will harm veterans, minorities, and low-income Americans, and that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)  should respond by altering the policies governing VA loan benefits.
