Congratulations to Words + Pictures on the Upcoming Premiere of their ESPN 30 for 30 Films
This year marks the fifteenth anniversary of ESPN’s “30 for 30” film series, and three of these five documentaries launching this summer were executive produced by RPJ client Words + Pictures. These films will be available to stream this summer on ESPN and ESPN+.
On July 4, ESPN will launch “No Scope: The Story of FaZe Clan,” a documentary focusing on the role of professional e-sports organization, FaZe Clan, in the rising popularity of e-sports within the entertainment field, online gaming circles, and amongst sports fans.
Following this release, “American Son” will premiere on July 29. This film chronicles the story of tennis prodigy Michael Chang, emphasizing the role of his immigrant background on his career.
Lastly, ESPN’s 30 for 30 season will close with the August 03 online premiere of “Dude Perfect: A Very Long Shot,” a documentary short focusing on the five Texas A&M grads whose trick shots led them first to success on YouTube and then to widespread fame.
