RPJ Client People’s Television’s “Minted” Acquired by Independent Lens

PBS’s Independent Lens, a series featuring documentary films made by independent filmmakers (and part of the Independent Television Service), has announced the acquisition of the television and digital rights for the feature documentary Minted. This exciting addition will be featured in an upcoming season, promising to delve into the intriguing realm of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Minted has garnered recognition as an official selection at prestigious film festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival and CPH:DOX. The documentary chronicles the rise and fall of the $40 billion NFT digital art market phenomenon, with a particular focus on digital artist Beeple, who has been a significant figure in the NFT landscape.

Nicholas Bruckman, known for his previous works such as Not Going Quietly and La Americana, directed, wrote, and produced Minted, alongside Rahilla Zafar, who is both producer and executive producer, and Shawn Hazelett, who contributes as a writer and producer. Minted is produced by Bruckman’s branded content studio and RPJ client, People’s Television, Inc.
