Ben Affleck and Matt Damon Film, AIR, about Sonny Vaccaro and the Early Days of Nike, Slated for Worldwide Theatrical Release April 5th

AIR will be coming to theatres April 5^th! The Ben Affleck and Matt Damon film is about RPJ friend and client, Sonny Vaccaro and his tenacious efforts to sign NBA superstar Michael Jordan to a first of its kind deal with Nike. AIR tells the story of how Sonny, played by Damon, took a high risk bet to build the Jordan brand and lay the groundwork for the multibillion-dollar contemporary sneaker industry.

AIR’s theatrical release will be a worldwide affair, in advance of its debut on Amazon Prime Video. An Amazon Studios, Skydance Sports, and Mandalay Pictures project, this film is the first time Affleck will direct a feature with Damon starring.
