Business Insurance Quotes Heidi Reavis on the Pandemic’s Continued Effects on Retailers
Bankruptcy filings are on the rise, and retailers across the country are having to make decisions about how to best move forward as we continue to combat the coronavirus. Business Insurance published an article on June 1 discussing the impacts, specifically highlighting that which retailers survive will likely come down to which ones were already struggling before the virus hit, and which ones will best adjust to the times.
RPJ Partner Helen D. “Heidi” Reavis noted in the article that after COVID-19, and while the threat still looms, “human interaction is going to have to be much more limited.” Because of this, she posited that retailers that “rethink the theory behind the customer experience will have an edge in terms of property insurance.”
