Congratulations to our friends and clients Milisuthando Bongela, Marion Isaacs, and Multitude Films on the upcoming premiere of Milisuthando at the Sundance Film Festival!

Director, Milisuthando Bongela, reflects on the “moment of first encounter” between previously segregated white and Black South Africans. She draws from her own experiences growing up within the apartheid system, without knowing it was happening until it was over. She uses home footage from the early 90s, footage of her childhood home, archival apartheid propaganda and interviews with her friends and contemporaries to document experiences of integration.
