Congratulations to RPJ Client, The Singer & Bassuk Organization, on its Acquisition by Avison Young

After over 50 years as leading experts in debt and equity finance throughout the New York metro area and around the country, The Singer & Bassuk Organization (SBO) is bringing its expertise to commercial real estate giant Avison Young (AY).  Andrew (Andy) Singer and Scott Singer, the father-son founders of SBO, will join as principals and co-leads of AY’s Tri-state Debt and Equity Group.

SBO’s decades of experience span a broad range of award-winning deals and relationships with New York’s most prominent developers.  The Singers will collaborate closely with John Kevill, President of U.S. Capital Markets, and James Nelson, Head of Tri-State Investment Sales.  Previous Senior Directors at SBO Kathleen McSharry, Jeffrey Moroch and Alan Schwartz, accompany the Singers in the move.

RPJ congratulates The Singer & Bassuk Organization and Avison Young on this exciting collaboration and expansion. For more information, see this article in the Commercial Observer. Congratulations as well to RPJ attorneys Michael Utevsky and Heidi Reavis on completing the transaction with the AY legal team.
