Dara Onofrio Endorsed for Clinton, CT, Town Council and Featured in Yale Newsletter
RPJ Counsel Dara Onofrio, who resides and practices in Clinton, Connecticut, is running for Town Council this November election cycle. The Clinton Democratic Town Committee has endorsed her for the position, which is new since the town voted to change its system of government. Under the new system, the city will also hire a Town Manager to answer to the elected Town Council. Ms. Onofrio has been serving a four-year term as Chair of the Board of Finance for Clinton since 2017, which will end after the November elections due to the elimination of the Board.
In other news, this month the Yale Canine Cognition Center newsletter featured Ms. Onofrio and her two dogs, Jessie and Maggie, for their participation in the Center’s studies on dogs’ cognitive capabilities. She has taken her dogs to the Center to take part in its research since 2014.
