Multitude Doc, It’s Only Life After All, to Premier Opening Night at Sundance Film Festival with Performance by Indigo Girls
Warm congratulations to RPJ Client Jessica Devaney and Multitude Films on the upcoming Sundance Film Festival opening night premier of It’s Only Life After All. The Multitude produced documentary shines a light on Emily Saliers and Amy Ray of the Grammy Award-winning folk rock duo Indigo Girls. Adding to the excitement is this week’s announcement that Indigo Girls will be performing at Opening Night: A Taste of Sundance, a fundraiser kicking off this year’s festival.
It’s Only Life After All looks back on Indigo Girls’ musical partnership, spanning almost forty years. Directed by Alexandria Bombach, the documentary reflects on Saliers and Ray’s careers, the challenges they faced as queer women in the music industry, and their political activism on issues including LGBTQ+ rights, the environment, death penalty reform and Native American rights.
Opening Night at Sundance will be on January 19th in Park City, Utah. Read more about It’s Only Life After All and Indigo Girl’s performance here. Congratulations again to Jessica and Multitude!
