RPL Partner Nicole Page Leads Second Annual “Ask for More” Holiday Lunch on Gender Parity

On Tuesday, December 6, 2016, Reavis Parent Lehrer LLP hosted its second annual Ask for More Holiday Lunch, led by Partner Nicole Page.  The Ask for More events focus on women in leadership roles and paving the way to gender equity.  This year, Ms. Page spoke about the myriad ways in which discrimination manifests itself in the workplace, including the gender pay gap, and highlighted the federal and state laws currently in place that protect against discrimination and seek to end the gender pay disparity.  The attendees represented a great cross-section of executives in entertainment, media, finance, and publishing industries.
