RPJ Attorneys Nicole Page and Daniel Ain to Co-present Panel at DOC NYC

On Friday, November 10, Reavis Page Jump is co-presenting a panel at the DOC NYC PRO Fall conference. DOC NYC is an 8 day conference beginning November 8th that brings together filmmakers and industry professionals to explore the art and business of documentaries. On November 10, the DOC NYC Producing and Directing Day, RPJ Attorneys Nicole Page and Daniel Ain will be presenting a panel entitled “Documentary Ethics and the Law” along with RPJ clients Jessica Devaney, Nicholas Bruckman, Tabs Breese, Viri Lieberman and Beth Aala.

Nicole and Daniel’s panel will discuss in detail the various ethical and legal considerations involved in documentary filmmaking, including how to craft legally sound agreements with subjects, effectively manage the right to review cuts, fairly compensate participants, and ensure anonymity when necessary.
