RPJ Client Watched Film, LLC to Premiere Documentary at Chicago International Film Festival
We are excited to celebrate the firm’s client Watched Film, LLC, whose documentary, The Feeling of Being Watched, will have its hometown premiere at the Chicago International Film Festival. This feature-length documentary, directed by Algerian-American journalist and filmmaker Assia Boundaoui and produced by Jessica Devaney, tells the story of Ms. Boundaoui’s investigation into one of the largest counter-terrorism surveillance operations conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation predating 9/11.
The film previously premiered at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival in April and is a 2018 Official Selection of Tribeca’s Viewpoints Series. This series honors documentaries and narratives from American and international filmmakers who push the boundaries of storytelling in film with strong vision, underrepresented perspectives and innovative styles.
