RPJ at Columbia University’s 1st Annual She Opened the Door Women’s Conference

From February 9-11, Columbia University held its first annual Women’s Conference: She Opened the Door.  RPJ Partners Helen D. “Heidi” Reavis and Alice K. Jump attended.  Ms. Jump had an opportunity to hear and visit with numerous leaders in digital and entrepreneurial spaces, including the heads of digital marketing at Spotify, Fox Broadcasting Company, National Geographic and Rent the Runway; the founders of Red Flower and Chairish; and Sallie Krawcheck, CEO and Co-Founder of Ellevest, Owner and Chair of Ellevate Network, and one of Wall Street’s most prominent executives, who discussed her new digital investment platform focused on women.  Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg delivered the keynote speech and engaged in an inspiring Q&A moderated by CNN correspondent Poppy Harlow.  At a reception following the Q&A, Ms. Reavis had the opportunity to meet and speak with Justice Bader Ginsburg about the #MeToo movement and possible changes in the law.
