RPJ Counsel Jeffrey Blankstein Article Series Featured by European American Chamber of Commerce

Over the past few months, RPJ Counsel Jeffrey Blankstein has published a three-part series discussing the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) in depth.  This Act is designed to prevent crime and corruption by and within US corporations through increased transparency and data collection by the Federal government. The CTA is taking effect in January of 2024 across the United States and will impact owners of businesses both new and established in a number of ways, which Jeffrey explores in his series on the RPJ website (articles linked above).

Due to the Act’s large scope of impact and the fact it will be taking effect soon, understanding the Act has become an increasingly important undertaking. In fact, the work Jeffrey has done to explain the CTA has even caught the attention of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC), who took interest in Jeffrey’s three-part series. The EACC will be publishing the entire series on their website and sharing it with their vast audience as a business resource for interested parties.
