RPJ Launches Online Sexual Harassment Prevention, Anti-Discrimination and Sensitivity Training Programs

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new online sexual harassment prevention, anti-discrimination and sensitivity training programs, which our firm collaborated with AltaClaro to develop in response to the growing framework of laws, broad deterrent and enforcement measures and profound cultural changes that swept the nation in 2018 in regard to sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination in the workplace.

When paired with the appropriate supplement, these innovative online training courses fulfill the legal requirements of sexual harassment prevention training under the laws of New York State, New York City, Connecticut and California in effect as of January 1, 2019.* Although Massachusetts and New Jersey do not require training by law, the online courses also include state-specific supplements available to employers in these states.
