RPJ’s Daniel Jason Ain and Gregory P. Feit Elevated to Partner

We are delighted to announce that, as of January 1, 2026, Daniel Jason Ain and Gregory P. Feit have been elevated to Partners of the Firm.  We congratulate Greg and Dan on this well-deserved achievement and recognize their outstanding contributions, leadership, and dedication to our clients and the Firm.

Daniel Jason Ain

Daniel Jason Ain practices in the fields of entertainment, media and literary, intellectual property, tech and AI, and employment and labor law.  He counsels companies and partnerships, production companies and independent producers, creators and talent, as well as businesses and entrepreneurs with valuable assets, on a broad range of matters across all stages of development, production, and distribution, with extensive experience in film, television, digital media, theater, live music, podcasts, literary publishing, AI, sports, licensing, joint ventures, and endorsements.  Mr. Ain has represented Academy Award, Golden Globe, Peabody and Emmy-winning talent, as well as emerging artists, and regularly negotiates complex transactions across the tech and creative industries.

Mr. Ain has been selected for Realscreen’s Factual Under 40 List for 2024 and The 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation, recognizing leading lawyers shaping the future of the global legal profession in entertainment, media, and literary law.  He regularly moderates and presents at industry panels, including an annual panel at DOC NYC for producers and directors, and is a frequent guest speaker for organizations and universities, including the Producers Guild of America and Yale Law School.  Mr. Ain also has a keen interest and significant experience in sports law, having worked with Major League Baseball and other major sports leagues and franchises.  During law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Ain worked in the U.S. and internationally at Google, including in People Operations, providing him with a strong business foundation in human resources and employment matters, further enhancing his guidance to companies and individuals alike in connection with the employment and labor matters they bring to the Firm.

Mr. Ain received his B.A. from Brown University, magna cum laude, where he double majored in Economics and Psychology, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude.  He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, where he leads the Firm’s Washington, D.C. Office.

Gregory P. Feit

Gregory P. Feit practices in the fields of complex litigation, banking and finance, employment and equity, and corporate and partnership dispute resolution.  He is a highly experienced attorney with over twenty years of federal and statelitigation acumen who has handled multi-jurisdictional matters and dispute resolution across a wide range of industries, including commercial disputes, securities and FINRA litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization matters, cross-border actions, antitrust and securities class actions, white collar matters, private equity disputes, cryptocurrency litigation, and intellectual property and trade secret claims.  Mr. Feit brings exceptional depth, versatility, and strategic insight to the Firm’s litigation and transactional teams.

Mr. Feit is an active thought leader on litigation and regulatory issues and has authored and contributed to legal analyses on developments in securities litigation, intellectual property, employment, and federal appellate law.  His commentary and insights have been featured by major media outlets, including Bloomberg Law and Fox News, reflecting his experience with high-profile and complex legal issues, and his cases and successes have been widely reported.

In addition to Mr. Feit’s extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts and in arbitration, including AAA, JAMS, and FINRA, he is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution and regularly mediates client disputes to settlement.

Mr. Feit received his B.A. in History from the University of Virginia, with Distinction, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and received the Legal Writing Sectional Award.  Mr. Feit is admitted to practice in New York.
