RPL Leads Discussion on Gender Parity in the Media and Entertainment Industries

In light of national discourse regarding gender bias in Hollywood and the media and entertainment industries, RPL hosted an Ask for More  Holiday Lunch on December 8, 2015.  Over twenty senior professionals working in film, television and media attended to share relevant insights and experiences. Led by RPL Partner Nicole Page, the discussion focused on negotiation techniques, compensation standards and methods of broaching these subjects constructively with an employer, the funder of a project or on behalf of others working in media and entertainment.
