RPL Partners Helen D. “Heidi” Reavis and Alice K. Jump Featured in Article on Severance and Job Loss

Last week, The Muse, an online career resource, published an article by Stacey Lastoe on employee rights and severance in the wake of job loss that quoted RPL Partners Helen D. “Heidi” Reavis and Alice K. Jump. Ms. Lastoe asked Ms. Reavis and Ms. Jump about the general rights of employees in these situations and what, if anything, an employee can and should do to mitigate the effects.
