The Lions Celebrates World Oceans Day with Benefit for Conservation

Friday, June 8 was World Oceans Day, and this year the top modeling agency The Lions, a client of RPJ, hosted a benefit to highlight the issue of water pollution and raise money for Whale and Dolphin Conservation, a charity dedicated to the preservation of whales, dolphins and porpoises and their natural environment. The links between the fashion industry and environmental degradation have long been clear, and as Lions CEO Julia Kisla stated, the June 11 event was one way to acknowledge the cause-and-effect relationship and push more of the industry to contribute to its betterment.

We congratulate The Lions on the huge success of the fundraiser, which garnered sponsorships and donations from numerous companies and high-profile guests.
