Upcoming CLE Luncheon on CT Unfair Trade Practices Act

RPJ Partner Deena R. Merlen, who is Co-Chair of the Entertainment, Media and IP Law Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association (FCBA), is pleased to announce that she and her Co-Chairs are hosting a CLE luncheon program on the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act on September 26. The program’s speakers will be Robert M. Langer, Esq. and Daniel P. Scholfield, Esq., co-author and contributing author, respectively, of Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices, Business Torts and Antitrust, 2017-2018 ed. (Volume 12, Connecticut Practice Series). Co-sponsored by the Civil Litigation Committee of the FCBA, the event will be held at the offices of the Fairfield County Bar Association from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26.
