RPJ Partner Nicole Page was quoted in “Time’s up: Legal, judicial systems slow to adapt to sexual harassment and assault issues,” an in-depth article appearing in the June 2018 issue of the ABA Journal. The many recent and highly public accusations of sexual harassment in the workplace have prompted a deep examination of accepted practices, both in the workplace and in our judicial system. For the article, Ms. Page uses her expertise and experience in workplace sexual harassment cases to opine on the matter and discusses the issue of financial penalties for companies and the implications of paying for a victim’s silence.
