Partner Heidi Reavis Interviewed on WBAI on 2019 Women’s March and RPJ’s Anti-Harassment Training Programs

This past Saturday, January 19, RPJ Partner Helen D. (“Heidi”) Reavis was featured in a scheduled interview on WBAI Radio 99.5 FM about the 2019 Women’s March and recent specific changes in New York City and State law. Heidi also took the opportunity to promote RPJ’s Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training courses as a means for companies and organizations to discuss and address harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

As Chair of the Board of Women’s City Club of New York, Ms. Reavis was invited to appear on the WBAI program, “Driving Forces,” and news agencies have since picked up this quote from the interview: “We’re not just marching today in the hopes of things happening in the future,” Reavis said in the interview, “It’s also to support those legislators who have actually made it a priority to act swiftly to make up for lost time.” Ms. Reavis goes on to discuss how the #MeToo movement has impacted the firm’s work, her vision for a path forward beyond these difficult and divided times, and how RPJ’s Harassment Prevention and Anti-Discrimination Trainings can help people reach beyond their own networks to find common ground and unify.
