RPJ Attorneys Present on Investigation of Harassment and Discrimination Claims to Foundation Administrators Network
On September 10, RPJ Partners Alice K. Jump and Mark H. Moore gave a presentation to the Foundation Administrators Network, a division of Philanthropy New York, entitled “Investigation of Harassment and Discrimination Claims: A Practical Guide.” The goal of the program was to advise foundation administrators on the practical and legal issues that arise in connection with the investigation of discrimination or harassment claims in the workplace.
Philanthropy New York is an association of the region’s most important charitable foundations. A more detailed description of the group may be found on the association’s website. Foundation Administrators Network consists of administrative officers, human resource personnel and other managers of philanthropic organizations.
