RPL Hosts Discussion with Young Women Professionals

Last week, Reavis Parent Lehrer LLP hosted a wine and cheese reception for young women professionals to discuss the realities women face today both in and out of the workplace.  The conversation was led by RPL Associate Allison “Ally” M. Grein and RPL Partner Nicole S. Page.

Participants represented a broad range of industries and occupations from aviation, sales, finance, international relations, technology and law.  Facilitators and participants shared their experiences and perspectives on defeating gender inequity and discuss topics including microaggressions, the gender wage gap, sexist office cultures, support and mentorship, as well as strategies for young women professionals to both survive and transform the workplace.
